Role Summary

As the Director of Client Solutions Data & AI, you will lead a dynamic data solutions team and enable organizations to unlock value from advanced analytics, data products, and subscription-based insights. Your role is pivotal in delivering scalable, innovative data and AI solutions across industries including Retail, Media, Government, and Financial Services.

Core Data Science & Engineering Leadership

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary data team and drive technical excellence.
  • Design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models, including LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Ensure robust data pipeline design, optimization, and governance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Delivery Leadership & Governance

  • Manage agile delivery squad with sprint planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee project governance, compliance with SLAs, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for optimal project delivery.

Subscription Management

  • Manage full lifecycle of data subscriptions ensuring SLA adherence and quality control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize client value from subscription services.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

  • Act as the primary contact for delivery operations and client engagement.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and champion capability uplift in data technologies.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Professional: 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale data projects, program management, and stakeholder engagement with excellent communication skills. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.

Technical: Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and hands-on experience with machine learning including LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Familiarity with Agile tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is required.

Business: Expert in translating analytics into actionable insights with a global mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position with office days confirmed by the hiring manager.
