Role Overview: Director, B2B Solution Design
The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is expanding rapidly. This role focuses on providing technical solutioning for client and partner opportunities including virtual cards, API and FinTech integration, embedded payments, and Agentic Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutioning for virtual cards, FinTech API integrations, embedded payments, and agentic commerce.
- Identify and enable new commercial use cases and verticals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, product leaders, and global regions.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define solution requirements.
- Mentor team members on solutioning best practices and client engagements.
Qualifications
Applicants should have extensive experience in B2B payments, SaaS solutions, APIs, product development, sales, and solution design, with 10+ years of work experience and a relevant degree. Preferred candidates will have a deep understanding of virtual card payments, modern API concepts, and the ability to lead complex, global initiatives.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position with office days confirmed by the hiring manager. U.S. applicants only. Travel is required 5-10% of the time. Visa offers a competitive benefits package including bonuses, equity, and various health and wellness programs.
