Job Overview

Visa, a world leader in payments and technology, is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer Sr Consultant - Regulatory Audit & Compliance. This leadership role is part of Visa's Cybersecurity Regulatory, Audit, and Compliance function, reporting to the Senior Director within the Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance and M&A Integration (GRC) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee audits, compliance, and regulatory activities including FBA/FFIEC, SOX, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and more.
  • Manage technical requests from regulators in the US, UK, and other regions.
  • Build, implement, and optimize scalable Regulatory, Audit and Compliance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate manual compliance and control tasks.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities to provide real-time risk visibility.
  • Advise leadership on technology risk and compliance issues.

Technical and Leadership Skills

This role requires extensive experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, and compliance. Successful candidates will have expertise in GRC solutions, workflow automation, API integrations, and the implementation of technical solutions using AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience (or equivalent advanced degree experience).
  • Leadership experience in Information Security, Audit, Risk, and/or Compliance.
  • Proven skills in implementing enterprise GRC tools and automating processes.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CEH are preferred.
