Role Description
The Compliance Analyst Client Onboarding role focuses on:
- Completing KYC refreshes for Financial Institutions, Payment Institutions, and Corporates.
- Conducting thorough KYC and KYB checks.
- Leading AML calls with clients including visual walkthroughs of their processes and systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of AML frameworks.
- Managing compliance administration tasks, ensuring client records remain up-to-date.
- Owning Know Your Partner Questionnaires from Network Partners and collaborating cross-departmentally to resolve queries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of AML/CFT compliance experience in the financial or payments industry, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and preferably professional AML accreditation. Key competencies include:
- Comprehensive understanding of AML and risk frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
- Adeptness at analyzing information to formulate questions and recommendations.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. In-office days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
