Role Overview: Business Analyst

This role will lead strategic planning and operational initiatives for Client Services North America. The Business Analyst will analyze performance data, craft executive presentations, dashboards, and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and growth.

• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting artifacts.
• Identify business improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate on cross-functional strategy development and KPI tracking.
• Implement recommendations to improve efficiency and service automation.
• Monitor and evaluate OKR performance with a critical eye.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and 2+ years of experience are required. Preferred candidates have additional years of experience, knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and exposure to big data engineering platforms including Hadoop and SQL. Consulting experience, strong business acumen, communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI are crucial.
