The Opportunity

We are looking for versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineers. In this role, as a Staff Software Engineer - Mainframe, you will design, build, and test software products reaching a global customer base, while shaping the digital future of payment transactions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with 0 years required.

Preferred Qualifications: 5 years in software design and development on various platforms; 2+ years in IBM Assembler, VSAM, BSAM; experience with mainframe troubleshooting; familiarity with C, C++, and TCP/IP; strong technical documentation skills; ability to multitask and handle competing priorities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to participate in 24/7 rotational legacy systems production support.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position with office days confirmed by your hiring manager. Travel may be required (5-10%). The role is based in an office setting with standard equipment use.
