The Senior Software Test Engineer will participate in detailed design and development activities for enhancing the Visa Direct Payout Services technology. This role involves extensive hands-on testing, collaboration with product owners and technical teams globally, and leading testing and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Visa Direct Payout Services and its market impact.
• Collaborate globally to define requirements for new features.
• Develop detailed test plans, cases and automate tests.
• Identify risks and drive improvements in QA processes.
• Stay updated on new testing tools, including GenAI tools.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 2+ years' relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience. Preferred candidates hold a degree in Computer Science or related field with advanced experience. Technical skills include proficiency in Java 8+, automation testing, REST API testing, SQL, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes. Experience in the payments domain is a plus.
