Job Description

The CMDB Site Reliability Engineer at Visa will develop and support the ServiceNow platform CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and related components within an Agile Scrum framework. Responsibilities include implementing user stories, managing data (CI and Platform), and providing operational support through incident and request handling.

  • Provide operational support via ServiceNow Incident Management.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow features including Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Create data ingestion maps and transform maps using various data sources.
  • Work with ITOM Discovery in multi-cloud environments.
  • Document technical requirements, system design, and support user trainings.
