Job Overview

Reporting to the Head of New Revenue, Services Revenue & Commercialization Team (SRCT), the Sr. Business Consultant plays a key role in driving strategy and go-to-market initiatives across Client Services. The goal is to help build global Client Services into a USD1B+ organization by creating new value add services that can be monetized.

Essential Functions

  • Develop a deep understanding of global markets and client needs.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to create actionable solutions.
  • Identify issues, gaps, trends, and growth opportunities to deliver surplus value.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of revenue opportunities and service innovations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, launch, and scale new services.
  • Create go-to-market strategies including value propositions and marketing plans.
  • Build regional playbooks and detailed business proposals with financial models.
  • Develop tracking mechanisms for KPIs, product penetration, and monetization targets.
  • Partner with product, sales, and finance to align on business decisions and execution.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent advanced qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of experience; proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and additional Microsoft Office applications; strong analytical, project management, and client-facing skills; familiarity with the payments industry and project management standards.
