Job Description

Within Client Services, the Client Lifecycle Operations Team in Europe covers Client Onboarding, Licensing, Risk Lifecycle Management, Card Design and Cobrand. The Risk Lifecycle Management team supports client onboarding activities ensuring adherence to fundamental risk management measures. As the Ecosystem Risk Senior Consultant, you will be the subject matter expert managing the risk onboarding process and providing consultative expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for ecosystem risk onboarding applications.
  • Perform risk assessments on client applications for issuing and acquiring licenses.
  • Conduct desktop reviews to evaluate clients' business practices and risk management capabilities.
  • Monitor new clients for operational, fraud, or dispute concerns.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and lead governance activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process transformation.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the payments or related industry.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent consultative, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change and work with diverse stakeholders.
