Job Description
We are Visa's client experience billing team, dedicated to ensuring seamless, efficient, and customer-centric billing processes for billions of dollars collected annually. As a Product Analyst, you will help drive innovation in billing operations by measuring customer satisfaction and analyzing key feedback to improve our products.
Responsibilities
- Measure Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) across billing properties.
- Extract insights from customer support tickets and communications.
- Coordinate with finance and revenue operations teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer in billing matters.
- Analyze user behavior and define Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).
- Define product vision, strategy and create roadmaps for product development.
- Conduct market research on customer needs and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with development teams for timely delivery of enhancements.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage release plans.
- Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, or a related field, or 2 years with a Master’s degree.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Self-starter with excellent project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to present recommendations to leaders.
- Experience in billing or fintech is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position with in-office days determined by the Hiring Manager.
