Position Overview
The B2B and Product Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies for Visa Commercial Solutions. This role is responsible for developing nurture programs, driving account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and creating digital content to optimize client engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies.
- Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates.
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives for high-value accounts.
- Champion customer insights through market research and competitive analysis.
- Oversee case studies and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Compliance, and regional teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources strategically.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish robust reporting mechanisms to track performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- Proven B2B marketing experience within financial services, payments, or SaaS.
- Expertise in ABM, campaign management, and event marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written/oral communication.
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
