What You’ll Do as a Virtual Assistant

Our Client is actively seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant with specialized experience in Real Estate to provide operational support. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience within the New York real estate market, demonstrate C2 or native-level fluency in English, and be adept at managing administrative and client-facing responsibilities remotely.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage property listings, client communication, and appointment scheduling.
  • Handle email and phone communications on behalf of real estate agents.
  • Manage CRM updates, data entry, and transaction documentation.
  • Conduct market research and prepare comprehensive property reports.
  • Support marketing efforts across social media and various listing platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and clients as directed by the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience working as a virtual assistant, specifically within the real estate sector.
  • Strong familiarity with real estate practices and terminology.
  • English proficiency at a C2 or native level.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work part-time hours with inherent flexibility.

  • Experience supporting real estate operations in the New York market.

Schedule & Benefits

Work 9 AM - 1 PM EST. Enjoy payment in USD or local currency, a part-time remote position, and flexible working hours.
