Job Description: Virtual Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing critical administrative and operational tasks, from transaction coordination to social media engagement. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities within a dynamic real estate environment.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Coordinate real estate transactions and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Handle insurance-related documentation and processes.
- Manage and follow up on leads via email and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update real estate CRM systems with accuracy.
- Create and schedule compelling social media posts to enhance online presence.
- Provide comprehensive general administrative support as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in the real estate sector, particularly in transaction coordination.
- Familiarity with various insurance processes and documentation.
- Strong email management skills for effective lead follow-up and communication.
