About the Operations Analyst Role
This is a full-time, salaried, 100% remote position as an Operations Analyst. You will be instrumental in executing and maintaining operational systems, supporting various platforms, and streamlining workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain operational systems across diverse platforms.
- Manage plugins and functionality within WordPress and WooCommerce environments.
- Support sales operations through effective CRM administration and email sequencing.
- Build and manage robust email sequences using tools such as Kit.
- Create and maintain automations with Zapier and similar automation tools.
- Manage data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal documentation efficiently.
- Assist with customer service systems and workflows as required.
- Administer tools including Calendly, Circle.so, and Typeform.
- Clarify requirements thoroughly and execute loosely defined tasks to successful completion.
- Reduce operational workload for senior team members by proactively owning assigned tasks.

Schedule & Benefits
