Our client, a bustling performing arts theater, seeks a dedicated Junior Virtual Assistant to manage crucial communication during peak hours, especially live performances. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls and text messages in real-time.
  • Provide immediate patron assistance regarding parking, showtimes, and venue details.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve ticket-related issues for patrons.
  • Handle professional email correspondence on behalf of the organization.
  • Support senior staff with task delegation and follow-up procedures.
  • Assist with calendar management and minor website updates.
  • Participate in daily overlap calls with the Senior Assistant for smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized communication logs.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to respond quickly and professionally in real-time situations.
  • Comfortable and adept at handling patron-facing communications.
  • Strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to follow established directions and learn executive support workflows efficiently.
