What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and overseeing key digital initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility in your work schedule.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with their business objectives.
- Translate complex client goals into actionable digital strategies, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations.
- Report progress to internal teams, facilitating smooth project execution and task tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and prepare insightful performance reports for both clients and leadership.
- Assist in sales enablement efforts through strategic planning, tool setup, and content alignment.
- Provide expert direction on SEO best practices, social media management, paid digital advertising spend, and web technologies.
- Manage HubSpot extensively to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Set up and monitor automated tasks within HubSpot and maintain a highly organized database.
- Create custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to clearly demonstrate overall progress and ROI.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues promptly and assist team members in leveraging the platform effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual with a strong foundation and relevant experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing management, or a CRM-focused role.
- Strong understanding of marketing databases, CRMs, and workflow architecture.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data and client needs into clear, actionable plans.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for client-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with key digital marketing functions including email, SEO, paid media, social media, and web strategy.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
