This 100% remote role offers flexibility with 20 to 40 hours a week and payment in USD or local currency.

What You’ll Do as a Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to support client relationships, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and oversee key digital initiatives. This role is crucial in translating client goals into actionable strategies and ensuring deliverables align with expectations.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and ensure deliverables align with expectations.
  • Report progress to internal teams and help keep tasks on track.
  • Oversee email campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare performance reports for clients and leadership.
  • Assist in sales enablement efforts through strategic planning, tool setup, and content alignment.
  • Provide direction on SEO, social media management, paid digital spend, and web technologies.
  • Manage HubSpot to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Set up and monitor automated tasks and maintain an organized database in HubSpot.
  • Create reports and dashboards to demonstrate overall progress.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and assist team members in using the platform effectively.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a candidate with a strong understanding of marketing databases, CRMs, and workflow architecture, particularly with HubSpot experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing management, or a CRM-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing databases, CRMs, and workflow architecture.
  • Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex data and client needs into clear, actionable plans.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Familiarity with key digital marketing functions (email, SEO, paid media, social, web strategy).
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with problem-solving abilities.
