Customer Success Specialist Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage client relationships, ensuring effective onboarding and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals.

  • Manage client onboarding for a seamless service transition.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and proactively resolve client issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-Facing roles.
  • Basic understanding of finance, investment, or capital markets.
  • Strong English communication skills (C2 preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRMs, project management, and online collaboration tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Personality

  • Familiarity with financial terms, investor types, and fundraising.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable with strong interpersonal communication.

Software & Tools

Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

20 hours flexible with overlapping EST hours. Payment is hourly-based in USD or local currency according to candidate's preference.
