Customer Success Specialist Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage client relationships, ensuring effective onboarding and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals.
- Manage client onboarding for a seamless service transition.
- Maintain ongoing communication and proactively resolve client issues.
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-Facing roles.
- Basic understanding of finance, investment, or capital markets.
- Strong English communication skills (C2 preferred).
- Proficiency with CRMs, project management, and online collaboration tools.
- Organized, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Personality
- Familiarity with financial terms, investor types, and fundraising.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong interpersonal communication.
Software & Tools
Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools is preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
20 hours flexible with overlapping EST hours. Payment is hourly-based in USD or local currency according to candidate's preference.
