Job Description
Virtustant is seeking a Business Development Specialist with a strong understanding of technology and web development services. The role involves generating and managing new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects and present suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-ticket web development projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams for accurate proposal delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions.
- Represent Virtustant professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in technology, SaaS, or web development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (C2 level or near-native).
- Ability to independently manage a complete sales cycle.
- Experience with international clients or remote sales environments.
- Understanding of technical concepts in web development, integrations, or ERP systems.

- Experience selling digital solutions or SaaS products.
