The Role: Automation Specialist

Virtustant's Client is actively seeking a skilled Automation Specialist, proficient in GoHighLevel, to manage and optimize their CRM system. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing sophisticated automations, insightful dashboards, and comprehensive reports to significantly boost the efficiency of client follow-ups and overall interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM automations to streamline client management processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain intuitive dashboards to provide clear insights and actionable analytics for performance monitoring.
• Generate comprehensive reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage and optimize client follow-up sequences, ensuring timely, effective communication and superior service.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM platform with other essential systems.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving any CRM-related technical issues or challenges.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar leading CRM platforms is essential.
• Strong understanding and practical expertise in CRM automations and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated experience in generating, analyzing, and interpreting various reports.
• Familiarity and practical experience with client follow-up management strategies.
