The Automation Specialist will manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM system by creating automations, dashboards, and reports that improve client follow-ups and overall service efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM automations to enhance client management processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards for clear insights and analytics.
• Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and optimize follow-ups to ensure timely client communications.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate the CRM with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM automations and dashboard creation.
• Experience in generating and analyzing reports.
• Familiarity with client follow-up management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress and API integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
