Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Coach team members in agile/scrum framework.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Act as the point of contact for business communications.
  • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
