We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain. Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Model and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment of business needs with technology solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including KYC, AML, and data privacy.
- Provide insights on core banking systems, payment systems, and digital banking platforms.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
- In-depth understanding of banking products, operations, and workflows.
- Proficient in requirements management, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, data privacy).
- Proficient in documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel).
- Experience in BFS-Capital Markets is a deal breaker.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
