Role: Chief Specialist

This role involves identifying and evaluating new business, investment, and growth opportunities for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business, investment and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and evaluate statistical/financial data and create reports with clear recommendations.
  • Conduct economic and financial appraisals of investment and commercial proposals.
  • Develop business plans and financial models for commercial projects.
  • Collect and maintain up-to-date financial data and market research.
  • Generate RFPs and presentations for communication with employees and executives.
  • Meet with strategic commercial partners to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements to bridge funding gaps.
  • Design and implement plans for investment, commercial, PPP, and outsourcing opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies including market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Assist in new employee orientation and role clarification.
  • Manage assigned projects/tasks and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate effectively in steering committees and sub-committees.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Finance or Business Administration from a recognized university.
  • PMP/CFA certificate is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international consulting firm, with at least 3 years managing investments and commercial lines including real estate, retail, or investment banking.
  • Highly analytical with a talent for streamlining complex processes.
  • Proficiency with a wide range of software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective team player capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a record of achieving results.
