Job Description
The Chief Executive – Business Development will:
- Support the development and update of the client commercial transport strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement strategic plans and monitor key performance indicators.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and establish strategic partnerships for revenue generation.
- Oversee technical aspects including systems architecture, financial documents, and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking studies, analyse statistical/financial data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead commercial feasibility studies and prepare reports for senior management decision-making.
- Interact with public and private institutions to design and execute commercial initiatives and PPP projects.
- Provide training and advice on commercial ventures and project management.
- Prepare multi-level reports, track project progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience (with a minimum of 5 years in an international consulting firm managing investments and commercial business lines). A Master’s in Finance/Business Administration is required, with a CFA certification as an advantageous asset.
- Highly analytical with strong process streamlining skills.
- Proficient in a wide variety of software applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and team coaching expertise.
