About the Role
The Brand Experience Manager is a key role in shaping how people experience the Virgin brand across a wide range of touchpoints – from digital to physical, customer to colleague, and everything in between. This hands-on role combines creative thinking with practical delivery, working closely with senior brand experience leaders to translate brand principles into meaningful, real-world experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of brand and customer experiences across Virgin’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with Virgin companies to translate the brand into human experiences.
- Contribute to experience thinking across customer journeys and key touchpoints.
- Take ownership of smaller projects from inception through to delivery.
- Work with a growing team to shape brand experience capabilities.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in brand, customer experience, or service design.
- Practical experience in consumer-facing environments.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with technical know-how.
- Strong understanding of customers and what makes experiences meaningful.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in sectors such as travel, leisure, hospitality, entertainment or wellbeing is a plus.

Additional Details
- Role Type: Permanent
- Location: London hub (approx. 3 days per week) & your home space
- Working Hours: Full time with flexible working arrangements
- Salary: £54,000 - £68,000 plus bonus
- Benefits: Unlimited leave, learning budget, healthcare, family support, pension, EV scheme, and more
