About the Data Analyst Role at Vince

Vince is seeking a Data Analyst to perform comprehensive analysis on customer demographics, behaviors, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is crucial for developing actionable insights to significantly improve customer development and retention strategies. You will primarily utilize the Amperity Customer Data Platform (CDP) to build and maintain dashboards for the eCommerce & Marketing team, ensuring consistent and easily understood KPIs.

A core responsibility will be to enhance the quality of existing data products, integrations, and sources, thereby increasing the utilization of data in daily business operations. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership to leverage data-driven insights, optimizing marketing campaign outcomes for both in-store traffic generation and online qualified traffic and conversion. The role involves interaction with our CDP infrastructure and fostering strong relationships with SAAS third-party vendors, ensuring the adoption of best-in-class tools and strategies, including the appropriate use of AI for intuitive and efficient data access.

You will undertake analytics and research projects to shape future business strategies, presenting findings in a compelling and dynamic manner easily comprehensible to Marketing and eCommerce partners. Additionally, you will identify, strategize, and steward strategic projects to be completed by key vendor partners. Telecommuting is permitted for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:

• SQL (Presto, BigQuery) and data query
• BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
• Purchase/Basket/Product Analysis
• Customer Development
• Data Hygiene and Integration
• eCommerce & Marketing Analytics
• Managing and interpreting large datasets across platforms
• Customer Segmentation & Cohort Analysis
