About the role
About the Role
We are a high-performing supplement brand with a strong track record on Amazon USA. That channel is mature and proven. Now we are building our next growth engine beyond the US Amazon. This role owns that mission.
As Growth Manager you will lead expansion into new geographies, platforms, and sub-brands. You will operate with real ownership, high autonomy, and clear accountability for results. This is a zero-to-one role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and accountability, likes building systems from scratch, is comfortable making fast decisions with incomplete data, and wants to own outcomes — not just ideas — while seeing the direct impact of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth strategy beyond Amazon USA
- Identify and prioritise new markets such as Amazon EU, Amazon Canada, Walmart, DTC, or other platforms
- Build clear business cases for each market and channel
- Launch and scale new marketplaces end to end
- Own commercial performance: revenue, profitability, and growth trajectory
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, compliance, design, and operations
- Define what success looks like for each channel and track the performance
- Spot risks early and adapt fast
- Build and own new sub-brands where needed
- Create repeatable playbooks and systems so growth scales sustainably — not chaotically
What We’re Looking For
- Proven 3+ years of experience growing ecommerce brands across markets or channels
- Strong hands-on execution background — you’ve launched and scaled initiatives yourself
- Excellent commercial judgment: you know what to test, what to kill, and what to double down on
- Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data
- Ability to move fast without breaking the business
- Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility without waiting for direction
- Clear communicator who can align and influence stakeholders
- Data-literate: you use numbers to guide decisions, not opinions
- Experience with supplements, regulated products, or Amazon ecosystems is a strong plus
What You’ll Get
- Competitive base salary plus a bonus directly tied to the sales you deliver
- Full-time, remote role with flexible hours (CET timezone)
- 30 paid days off each year to recharge and stay sharp
- Paid parental leave for when family comes first
- Anniversary and birthday bonuses to celebrate you
- Fun social activities to keep the team connected
- Endless supply of our supplements
- Charity Match Program: we double your impact by matching your donations
- Plenty of opportunities to grow personally and professionally
