The Interactive Marketing Manager at GREENWORKS Studio plays a pivotal role in managing the digital experience of prospects and residents across Village Green communities.
Reputation & Local Listing Management (Core Focus)
Manage online reputation and local listings across multiple platforms.
- Own review responses on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more.
- Develop response templates and tone guidelines.
- Identify trends and educate on-site teams on best practices.
- Audit and update local listings consistently.
- Collaborate with partners like SOCi and Yardi.
Content Strategy & SEO Management
Drive digital content creation and optimize local property information.
- Write and optimize digital content including ILS listings.
- Conduct SEO audits and keyword analysis.
- Manage Google Business Profile posts and Q&A content.
- Ensure consistency in tone and branding.
Social Media & Digital Content Management
Oversee social media tools and content calendars for properties.
- Manage SOCi and coordinate property content.
- Track performance and adjust social media strategies.
- Support campaign launches and transitions.
Property Performance Analysis & Strategy
Analyze campaign performance and recommend digital improvements.
- Evaluate digital presence and lead conversion gaps.
- Recommend strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Utilize tools like Yardi, Google Analytics, and SOCi.
Collaboration & Cross-Department Support
Partner across teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth, Operations, and Software Support.
- Participate in brand development and rebranding efforts.
- Support internal training programs and backup digital services.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities: Exceptional writing and communication, proven review response experience, strong analytical skills, local SEO expertise, and excellent project management.Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing or content strategy, with multifamily housing experience as a plus.
