What You'll Do

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable FastAPI endpoints.
  • Identify and secure high-value datasets from diverse sources.
  • Design and optimize Postgres schemas and lead zero-downtime migrations.
  • Implement AI frameworks and automate cost estimation and parcel scoring.
  • Develop robust ETL pipelines for accurate and timely data updates.
  • Enhance analytics pipelines to empower data-driven decisions.

What You Have

  • 7+ years of experience building backend systems with 5+ years in API-based frameworks.
  • Expertise in managing diverse datasets including zoning, infrastructure, and real estate.
  • Deep SQL proficiency, including Postgres schema design and PostGIS for spatial queries.
  • Experience in migrating from NoSQL to relational schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM, AI stacks and frameworks like Langchain.
  • Skilled in designing secure, versioned REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Proficiency with Cloud & DevOps tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Track record in dynamic, startup environments.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Geospatial analytics for setback buffers, parcel scoring, and optimal lot-layout algorithms.
  • Familiarity with construction tech and public/government land-use datasets.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $144,500 to $170,000 a year depending on geographic location.

Additional Information
