Overview

The Security Analyst – Cybersecurity Awareness and Training works within the Cybersecurity function in Information Technology at Victoria’s Secret & Co. This role focuses on delivering and expanding enterprise cybersecurity training programs, including monthly phishing campaigns, engaging awareness initiatives, and evaluation of new training technologies.

Your Role

You will design and execute monthly phishing campaigns, plan enterprise-wide cybersecurity training, create communications for secure behaviors, evaluate new training technologies, and develop metrics to assess training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity training programs and campaigns.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams.
• Create role-based training modules and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise training, communications, or information security.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with phishing campaign platforms (Proofpoint, Adaptive Security, KnowBe4, Cofense).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $74,500 to $99,750, based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
