Job Summary

The Immigration Technology Associate will join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of digital tools and workflow automations while working closely with our global service delivery teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for technology-driven business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation using RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through consistent monitoring.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for new tools and enhancements.
  • Align work with global standards and coordinate with technology teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a technology or process automation role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience with or familiarity with RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of data structures and process flows.

Additional Skills & Experience

  • Experience in professional services or corporate operations environments.
  • Familiarity with global mobility, immigration, or tax processes is an advantage.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, VBA, JavaScript) is beneficial.

This position is based in Singapore.
