About the Role
A global mission-driven organisation in London is seeking a Project Manager, Organisational Programmes to provide structure, leadership, and oversight across complex initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing resources, delivering measurable results, and ensuring projects meet strategic goals. You will be instrumental in implementing clear project management frameworks, supporting teams, and driving successful outcomes across multiple programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Support project teams to follow best practice within the organisational project management framework.
- Monitor programme performance, preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Facilitate coordination of multiple initiatives, ensuring projects meet deadlines and deliver intended impact.
About You
- Project Management qualification (essential).
- Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion, including IT systems and change management initiatives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects or programmes within medium to large organisations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
