Via is using technology to transform global transportation, making commutes efficient and reducing environmental impact. As a Principal Product Manager ML & Algorithms, you will lead key product domains in our Algo team and drive the future of algorithm, routing, and machine learning systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Develop short and long-term roadmaps by leveraging customer feedback and data trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize impactful features.
  • Guide expert algorithm and data-science teams while integrating efforts across the organization.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 6 years of product management experience.
  • Strong background in algorithms and/or machine learning based products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Technically strong with a scientific degree or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented, user-centric, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A firm believer in a "Data First" philosophy with the ability to decide in ambiguous situations.
