L2 DevOps Support (Mandarin/English) - Remote India
VGreen Technology Solutions (VGreenTEK) is seeking a skilled L2 DevOps Support professional with proficiency in Mandarin and English to join our remote team in India. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our cloud and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for cloud and DevOps environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, alerts, and performance issues.
- Work with AWS and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) platforms.
- Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability tasks.
- Collaborate with L3 teams and stakeholders across regions.
- Maintain SLA adherence and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong DevOps support experience.
- Hands-on with AWS (mandatory) and exposure to Alibaba Cloud.
- Experience in CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Excellent Mandarin & English communication skills.
- Experience in incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
