About the opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join Veza’s Graph team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, improving, and maintaining the robust and scalable code behind the Veza Access Graph. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape our products and deliver exceptional identity and access management experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact startup working with cutting-edge technologies.

You Will

  • Develop and maintain Graph features for customer intelligence.
  • Improve backend service performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts.
  • Optimize code and design through reviews and refactoring.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing for compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

You Have

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of backend software development experience.
  • Experience in databases, storage layers, query engines, or adjacent tooling.
  • Knowledge of relational algebra, graph algorithms, and complex data models.
  • Experience with backend programming languages like Golang or Kotlin.
  • Expertise in designing RESTful APIs in microservice architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
