Who We Are Looking For
Senior Product Manager
As a Vetsource Senior Product Manager, you are a strategic leader of a cross-functional product squad. You own the "why" and the "when" of features. You work closely with executive leadership to ensure your product roadmap is a direct driver of Vetsource’s business outcomes. You are an evangelist for your product vision, building high-trust partnerships across the organization to inspire growth and remove roadblocks. You move beyond simply managing a backlog to shaping a domain strategy. By staying incredibly close to our customers and keeping a pulse on animal health industry dynamics, you provide a creative lens that identifies new market opportunities.
This is a full-time, remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Align product roadmaps with 6 - 12 month business objectives and P&L goals.
- Evangelize product vision to stakeholders and "influence up" to executives.
- Manage high-ambiguity projects requiring coordination across multiple departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
- Define KPIs that matter for a business unit and use them to drive prioritization.
- Partner with engineering leads on technical trade-offs and understand the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop other team members.
- Identify and lead ongoing product discovery efforts to build a "Discovery culture".
- Work across multiple products to create new opportunities or reduce risk.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
- 5+ years of product management or comparable experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using highly quantitative methods.
- Proven history of product results and leadership.
Preferred Experience And Qualifications
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage complex, multi-squad dependencies.

Compensation
Pay range (US based applicants): $119,872 - $150,000 (annualized)
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
