Overview

This position is remote in the US (not available for residents in AK, HI, or CA).
About Sparrow and the Role
Sparrow is the first high-tech, high-touch employee leave management solution. It simplifies the process, saving companies 20-40 hours per leave and up to $30K per leave. As a Leave Payroll Analyst on Sparrow's Customer Experience team, you will prepare employee leave and payroll calculations and contribute to product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal support by preparing customized payroll plans and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with leave specialists, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Work with customers' payroll teams to set up personalized payroll schedules and workflows.
- Collect and share product feedback for system improvements.
- Implement process improvements to resolve inefficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Expert level Excel skills including formulas and calculations.
- At least 2 years in a data-focused role such as payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping.

Compensation and Employment
This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position with compensation ranging from $23.11 to $28.56 per hour. Salary estimates range from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, based on your legal state of residence.
