Job Summary
In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Disability and Leave of Absence Teams. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Day In The Life
- Copying claim files upon request
- Creating and setting up new claims and/or leave of absence upon request
- Responsible for mailings and/or manual updates to correspondence as necessary
- Maintaining and updating departmental documents
- Conduct provider and member outreaches via telephone, email, and fax to follow up on outstanding information
- Completes special projects as assigned
- Completes administrative support tasks for the team, including daily faxing, emails to customers, and preparing correspondence
- Assists with other administrative tasks as needed
- Works with internal partners to support flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment, consistently maintaining professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication to excellence
- Performs Other Related Duties As Required

Schedule
- Training: Approximately 2 weeks
- Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm EST
- Post-Training: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm EST
