Job Overview
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, differentiating between routine and emergency cases, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, processing payments, managing financial information, and communicating between clients and staff. You will be the first and last impression for our clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, professional, and courteous experience. This role requires someone who enjoys working with diverse clients, is caring, friendly, efficient, and remains calm and collected, especially in emergency situations. You must have a firm belief in the quality of care provided and be able to clearly communicate services and recommendations.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an hourly rate starting at $19 - $24/hour. The actual rate offered will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
