About the Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist at Vesterling AG, you will be responsible for the continuous support and development of the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role focuses on optimizing Customer Service, Field Service, and ITSM-related processes within an established IT system house.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Customer Service, Field Service, and ITSM-related processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyze existing business and service processes to identify and implement optimization potential in close collaboration with specialist departments.
- Take charge of the conception, planning, and successful implementation of projects from initial idea to company-wide introduction.
- Coordinate closely with software development and process management teams for efficient technical and organizational workflows.
- Plan and moderate workshops and training sessions to boost system acceptance and proficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Evaluate new functions and modules, assess their corporate utility, and oversee their integration into the existing system landscape.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- In-depth experience in the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service, Field Service, or ITSM.
- Profound know-how in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes, ideally from realized customer or internal projects.
- High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to independently drive and sustainably establish solutions.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit for close collaboration with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills.
