Role Overview

The Special Projects Customer Success Associate will join the Special Projects team to drive customer acquisition and retention for the Investor Products unit. You will work with high growth startups, syndicate leads, and angel investors to set up SPVs and prepare for secondary share sales.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Represent customer interests to enhance the product.
  • Build customer loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Engage customers to grow MRR via upgrades and referrals.
  • Develop specialist knowledge and own topics such as SPVs and PISCES.
  • Continuously iterate processes to improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities, a can-do attitude, obsessive attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to balance priorities within a fast-paced, fluctuating environment.
