About the Implementation Manager Role

As an early Implementation Manager at Vesta, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects with clients, from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live, managing multiple stakeholders and critical timelines to ensure customer success.
• Become a Vesta product expert, understanding how our product supports diverse customer needs, overseeing configuration/customization of the Loan Origination System (LOS), and acting as a solutions consultant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, engineering) to set appropriate expectations, deliver effective solutions, and maintain development velocity for clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and status reports, to track progress, define next steps, and mitigate risks.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all implementation work.

Note: While prior mortgage industry nuance isn't expected, a high degree of curiosity and willingness to understand the mortgage ecosystem is essential for success.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $130,000 - $170,000/yr. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
