Sales Data Analytics Specialist

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Sales Data Analytics Specialist to research, develop, and deploy best-in-class statistical and machine learning models that measurably improve the Global Strategic Accounts Execution group outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes to support advanced analytics and data driven decision-making.
  • Provide consultative and direct support to build foundational analytics capabilities.
  • Implement best practices in model development, visualization, and process automation.
  • Communicate complex topics to senior and regional leaders.
  • Mentor team members to encourage collaborative growth and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, simulation, and optimization.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years working with PowerBi.
  • Experience with a programmatic statistical language like Python or R.
  • Experience with SQL and large data platforms like Snowflake or Hadoop.
  • Proficiency in a broad range of analytics methods and real-world deployment.
  • Strong attention to detail in execution.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

Additional Information

No special physical requirements. Minimal travel required (0-5%).
