Position Overview

The Mechanical Design Engineer will focus on Direct Expansion products for Data Center cooling. You will design and re-engineer mechanical components such as sheet metal structures and pipelines, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure products meet quality standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams on high-performance cooling units.
• Design new products and re-engineer existing solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Procurement, and Industrial Engineering.
• Create and review CAD drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems while managing bills of materials.
• Interface with global teams to enhance product design.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in HVAC.
• Proficient in 3D CAD & PLM systems such as PTC Creo and Solid Edge.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics and refrigeration is a plus.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Result-oriented, team player, detail-oriented, and motivated.
