About the Role
The Manager - Automation at Vertiv is responsible for overseeing test management in an industrial and manufacturing environment. Applicants should hold a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification and have 12+ years of postgraduate experience in sectors such as industrial, manufacturing, automotive, robotics, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage test activities and onboarding.
- Design and implement automation frameworks and test pyramids.
- Utilize both manual and automated testing tools.
- Test autonomous driving compute systems, sensors, and communication protocols.
- Oversee requirements verification, test case development, and execution.
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components while troubleshooting issues.
- Leverage programming (Python, scripting) for test automation and data processing.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Jenkins, Selenium, Git, and defect tracking tools (Rally, JIRA, Bugzilla) is an advantage.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
