Key Responsibilities

  • Lead installation and commissioning of HVAC and cooling systems (CRAC, chillers, cooling towers) in data centers.
  • Perform maintenance, calibrations, and repairs; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze data for inefficiencies, and implement corrective measures.
  • Recommend energy-saving measures and system upgrades aligning with sustainability goals.
  • Maintain accurate service records in compliance with safety and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with expert advice on system optimization.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore cooling systems swiftly.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in field servicing thermal products (CRAC, HVAC, AHU, chiller systems).
  • Experience in critical infrastructure is desirable.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships across diverse cultures.
  • Self-motivated, team player with good time management and results orientation.
