Job Overview
Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant
Lead the future of Oracle Recruitment Cloud by designing solutions, running workshops, and guiding clients across the UK & Ireland. This role involves leading full lifecycle implementations, coaching teams, and advising senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead detailed solution designs for Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
- Conduct workshops and advise clients on best practices.
- Configure systems to meet business requirements and designs.
- Facilitate design playback sessions and document solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and manage delivery expectations.
- Train and coach colleagues and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with onboarding journeys, approval workflows, and full Oracle implementations.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and provide functional leadership.
- Clear documentation skills and a collaborative mindset.
