Senior Oracle EBS SCM Consultant
Step into a High-Impact Role with Global Reach. This role involves leading functional workstreams across core SCM modules, engaging with stakeholders, driving best practice processes, leading workshops, mapping integrations, and making design decisions. It is a customer-facing role in complex, regulated environments.
Travel & Work Requirements
- 3-4 weeks onsite work in Midwestern US in the first 8 weeks
- Potential additional 3-4 weeks onsite work 4-5 times over the next 12-18 months
- Expenses covered
Your Expertise
- Deep Oracle EBS SCM experience: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Planning
- Familiarity with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI (ideal)
- Skilled in configuration, solution validation, training, and post-go-live support
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, OUM/AIM, and 3rd-party integrations is a plus
- Effective leadership and client team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and challenge existing processes
- Define requirements and map processes
- Design, validate and support post go-live phases
- Facilitate training and provide functional implementation advice
- Manage change and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules
- Experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost & Order Management
- Background in Manufacturing (Process & Discrete) and Quality
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and related methodologies desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in GxP, GMP, and SoX environments is a plus
